SHIPPING POLICY

We offer a wide variety of shipping methods that allow you, the customer, to choose the method best suited to your needs and budget. Please select your preferred shipping method upon checkout.  We offer real-time shipping rates from USPS or UPS. These rates are based on the size and weight of the items you are purchasing. We typically recommend using standard shipping, as it is usually cheaper & faster. However, if you need to ship to a PO Box, or APO address you will need to use this option. If we find that the online carrier rate is under what it actually costs to ship to you, we will contact you ASAP. Most orders ship within five business days. We will notify you if there will be any delay longer than 5 days. A business day is Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays. Please note that in-transit times and delivery dates are best faith estimates provided by the respective carriers; we cannot be responsible for carrier or weather related delays. In-transit times are business days. Product availability may postpone shipping dates. Some items may offer free shipping, as other items will have additional shipping charges that will apply even if the remainder of the order qualifies for free shipping.

Packages Returned to Sender

Please make sure that you enter the correct address during checkout. While mistakes are rare, they can still happen. If we receive refused packages or returned packages, we are happy to credit you for your order. However, you will still be responsible for shipping. Likewise, if we have to send out your package again, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

International Shipping

Merry Makers & More currently is not shipping outside the United States, Canada & Puerto Rico.

APO or FPO Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot ship any order to an APO or FPO address.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships you will receive a tracking number. Once you receive that email, you can go to the carrier’s website and track your order.

RETURN POLICY

Defective/Damaged Items:

Merry Makers & More pride ourselves on providing our customers with high quality, well-crafted products. Should your item be defective or damaged, please contact us via email within 14 days of having received your product. Christmas items purchased on and after December 15 of the current year cannot be returned. Returns due to damage will be replaced or refunded. This policy covers Regular priced items only.

Sale/Clearance/Last Chance Items:

Only regular priced items are eligible for return. Unfortunately, sale, clearance and last chance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded. Sale items are sold 'As Is'.

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Pictures/Video, if item(s) is defective/damaged
  • Yes/No, if requesting a replacement/exchange
